There is a little student town south of Stuttgart and near to the french border and the black forest. It is also a grafiti town in which certain parts of the town are covered with grafiti. Most of it is political in nature. I remember seeing a grafiti that said "Americans out of Grenada" which in 1993 was very old news. This is also where I saw the message indicating "The White Rose".
